December Daily 2012. Day Twenty-Two.

On Saturday the local movie theatre had Arthur Christmas playing for the Annual Food Can Matinee. Admission is 2 cans or boxes of food, which is given to the Salvation Army. With a cute movie + helping a good cause, how could we not go?

On a normal basis, we never go to the movie theatre because with 2 adults + 3 children we can just wait a few months to buy the movie on blue-ray for less then it costs to go see the movie in the theatre. So going to see Arthur Christmas (even though it did come out last year) was a big treat for the kids. They loved going to the theatre + watching "the big t.v." as Tearyn put it.

I wish I could have gotten a picture of the kids waiting for the movie to start, but the theatre was too dim for any picture to be taken. Enjoy!
