Rich + Heavenly Chocolate Goodness.

Reese's Brownie Bites. Need I say more?!?

I got this recipe from Plain Chicken. I was going to make them for Daniel for valentine's day, but he said that I should at least make them ahead of time...just in case they are horrible. Then I would have time to find another recipe to make for him. Like something with brownies + Reese's could be horrible....

Here is the recipe:

1 box (18oz) Ghiradelli Double Chocolate Brownie Mix, plus ingredients to make brownies
36 Reese's miniature peanut butter cups, unwrapped

Preheat oven to 325.

Combine brownie mix, egg, oil and water. Stir until combined. Drop rounded Tablespoons into mini muffin pan. Bake 15-18 minutes.

Remove from oven and immediately press a Reese's peanut butter cup in the center of the brownie. Top with sprinkles if desired. Allow to cool and remove from pan.

If you love chocolate + peanut butter, then making this is a total must. Just a warning: these babies are rich, rich, rich! Every bite is divine. You can eat one...maybe two before you have to stop. I might have eaten three though....

These will definitely be made again. And again. And again...
